Click 'New Pattern'
Click on the New Pattern button to see a new pattern. Continue clicking it until you find a pattern you like.

Click 'Print Pattern'
Click on the Print Pattern button to print out the full instructions for the pattern (including yardage, cutting instructions, piecing instructions, and assembly instructions).

That's ALL there is to it!
However, let's suppose you want a little more control. If so, check out these additional options:
All Patterns / Favorites
All Patterns lets you browse through over 1 Million quilt patterns. Select the Favorites tab to see the patterns you have marked as a favorite.

Back / Forward
Navigate through patterns you have already seen with
the Back and Forward buttons--just like using a web
browser.

Number of Blocks
Choose between 1 and 2 blocks. All Like Sew patterns are made up of just 1-2 blocks.
Fabrics
Like Sew includes 8 sets of fabric to help you envision the fabric you might want to pick out.
Rows / Blocks Per Row
Choose from 1 to 12 rows and blocks per row. Make table runners to king-size quilts.
Block / Border Width
Blocks can be 8", 12", 16", 20", or 24" square. Add a border to your quilt from 0" to 8".
Quilt Size
Your quilt size is automatically computed for you based on the options you select above. It can be as small as 8" x 8" and as large as 304" x 304".

Add to Favorites
If you want to "Save" a pattern rather than print it, click Add to Favorites. The pattern will then permanently be saved in your Favorites tab.

Print Preview
Click the Print Preview button to see what the printed pattern will look like before actually printing it out.

So far what I like about the CD is it's ease of use.
It is very user friendly, even for those with limited computer skills.
I also have EQ5 and I like it, but with this CD if I know I want a 1 or 2 block pattern and not something terribly complicated, all I have to do is check the ones on the CD for what I'm in the mood for.
It's much easier than building one from the ground up, so to speak. Thanks for doing this!
